Our powder coating equipment integrates a host of cutting-edge technologies sourced from overseas. Boasting outstanding reliability, simple operation, broad application scope and excellent cost-effectiveness, the whole system is fitted with a large number of imported control parts.
This unit is configured with Omron colour touchscreen HMI, Omron PLC and Omron auxiliary relays from Japan. Its inverter is supplied by France’s Schneider, while circuit breakers are from Germany, and all pneumatic parts adopt Japan’s SMC products.
The electrostatic controller is assembled with premium custom imported electronic modules through integrated design.
The primary powder spraying hopper, recovery hopper and filter hopper for powder recovery are precision-fabricated from high-grade 304 bright stainless steel using sophisticated processing techniques. The surface of every hopper presents a smooth bright finish. All components that come into contact with powder are constructed from 304 stainless steel, effectively preventing powder contamination.
