Fully Automatic Energy-saving Drying Machine

Features:

It features a dual-crank suction feeder paired with a can pushing fork to achieve steadier material feeding, while magnetic separation technology is applied to prevent scratches on tinplates.
The rolling unit comes with a fixed-quantity automatic periodic lubrication system, which allows lubrication without halting the machine. This reduces maintenance workload and extends the equipment’s service life.
Fitted with imported needle roller bearings, the rolling machine adopts a foolproof modular design.
Key components are manufactured with innovative processes, offering outstanding durability and effectively preventing tin sticking.
Critical parts are made of cermet material, which boasts insulation and wear resistance for a longer lifespan. Combined with advanced variable-frequency inverter welding technology, it produces flawless weld seams.
A copper wire cooling assembly is installed to maintain consistent elongation. This ensures uniform spacing between cans and reliable welding quality at both the start and end of each weld seam.
Servo and frequency conversion control systems are deployed to guarantee high-precision regulation.
It supports double-sheet detection with automatic rejection, enabling uninterrupted production runs.
The bilingual Chinese-English HMI saves parameters for all individual modules for straightforward operation. It also includes an automatic fault diagnosis function and a reserved remote communication interface, supporting convenient direct after-sales service.
Protective guards and safety electrical door interlocks are supplied as standard configurations to safeguard operational safety.
