This equipment is developed based on cutting-edge design ideas, integrating can gathering, kneading, rounding and welding procedures into one continuous production workflow.
Its electric control unit is built around programmable PLCs from Mitsubishi or Omron, paired with servo drives and Mitsubishi motion control modules to form a smart digital control solution.
Key electric and pneumatic parts are sourced from globally recognized manufacturers, including Schneider (France), Mitsubishi (Japan), Omron (Japan), Delta (Taiwan, China), SMC (Japan) and AirTAC (Taiwan, China). This configuration delivers reliable and consistent machine performance.
A bilingual Chinese-English touchscreen HMI supports parameter adjustment, simplifies fault diagnosis and enables fast troubleshooting.
Can mould replacement is simple and time-efficient. Servo motors are deployed for can pushing and feeding movements to streamline operation.
It features an original mechanical layout. Core components are manufactured from premium raw materials such as imported steel, highly wear-resistant ceramic and cemented carbide, extending the equipment’s service life.
The rounding station adopts an innovative design with excellent iron kneading capability. Its well-engineered structure prevents scratches on can bodies and maintains a flawless finished appearance. The lifting platform of the rounding unit uses a scissor-type mechanism, offering greater stability and dependability than conventional hydraulic lifting systems.
Equipped with a proprietary intelligent speed regulation system and high-precision clutch, the machine can accurately manage the spacing between cans, with an adjustable range from 1 mm to 3 mm. This function helps reduce copper wire consumption and cuts production costs.
The cooling system is fitted with an advanced water flow monitoring unit. When the flow rate falls below the preset standard, the machine triggers an automatic alarm and halts operation. This safeguards the cooling assembly and prolongs the service life of the welding wheels.
Optional upgrades include a mercury-free welding setup and remote control function.
