Fully Automatic Production Line for Pails with the Capacity more than 40 Cans/min UN Curling

This line is particularly designed for UN curling. One operation is added in order to strengthen the pail top. The whole line uses independent servo system for push-up can. Customers can add the absolute value servo motor, to make the adjustment of the line more convenient. It also has the locating function for beading position, to avoid the scratch after can stacking. The whole line standardly configures with original S iemens Motion Control System & German SEW reducer. Using the independent electrical control cabinet with German Rittal cooling ststem, makes the electrial control system run more steadily.
