Fully Automatic Ear Weld & Wire Handle Combination Machine for Pails with the Capacity of 35 Cans/min

This economic machine is developed according to the market requirement, combining ear welding and wire handle inserting, which can save some space. The whole machine uses mechanical cam conveying, coating penetration in ear welding position, making the welding spots even and not easy to break through. It also has the eliminating black smoke system to clear the black slags after ear welding. The forming of the wre handle is flat U shape hook and fold inside to make the wire handle not easy to come out and not pierce through pail body by squeezing. This machine can be added ear inside spray function, and be perfectly connected with the automaticc production line for pails.
