Paint can ring making line to be delivered for Vietnam customer

This production line was specifically developed for our Vietnamese customers.

It utilizes a strip feeding system to feed the tinplate stripe into the press for punching. Additionally, two single transfer units are employed to move the unfinished rings from one station to another.

The line operates at a speed of 30-35 lids per minute.

However, by changing the press from a mechanical type to a pneumatic type, the speed can be increased to 50-60 lids per minute.
